ABOUT THE ARTIST Pat Dowling Bull attended Syracuse University for photography and later earned a BA in studio art from Rollins College in Winter Park, FL and continued her studies in northern Europe. After raising a family, teaching art and facilitating public art workshops in the Berkshires of Massachusetts, Pat retired to her native New York State in 2006.
